Returns and Cancellation Policy
Formation of Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Where your order is for a downloadable product or a subscription, your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you of receipt of your order as stated above. That acceptance will be complete (and thereby create a contract between us at the time we send the said confirmation email to you.
eBook downloads
Due to their peculiar nature, eBook downloads cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase, but you may decide not to renew your subscription upon the expiration of the current term. In other words, any cancellation of your subscription will only take effect upon the expiration of the current term. If you are experiencing any problem with an eBook download, please contact us via our Contact Us webpage.
Subscription to the Nigerian Lawyers Directory
You may cancel your subscription to our any of our Directories within seven days of the date of purchase. However, you shall be liable to pay for whatever service we have rendered in the circumstance, including but not limited to the processing of your details in the format of the Directory, and the value of the service shall be determined according to the sole discretion of our technical team.
Shipping Policy
Our eBooks are digital downloads only; therefore we will not ship them physically to you for any reason whatsoever. This is why you do not pay for delivery. We will provide necessary documentary guide for downloading any eBook purchased by you, but will not be liable for your inability to download any eBook due to the level of your skill or the nature of your device.
